Refund Policy

Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of our business, all items sold by SheetHubPH are digital downloads (Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets templates, and PDF guides). Because digital items cannot be physically returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you simply decided you do not want the product after downloading it. Please review the product description and screenshots carefully before making a purchase to ensure the template meets your needs.

Damages and Technical Issues
We stand behind the quality of our templates. If you experience any technical issues, such as:

• A corrupt or broken file download.
• Formulas or functions within the spreadsheet not working as described.
• Missing files or receiving the wrong template.

Please contact us immediately at itche028@gmail.com. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue, provide a fixed version of the file, or assist you in using the template.

If we are unable to fix a verified technical error in the spreadsheet, we will happily issue a full refund.

Refund Request Window
While sales are final, we understand issues happen. You have 7 days (or you can keep it at 30 days) after your purchase to report a technical issue to be eligible for a resolution or potential refund. Requests made after this period regarding defects may be handled at our discretion.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you purchased the wrong template by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file, please contact us at itche028@gmail.com with your order number. If our system confirms the file has not been accessed, we may, at our discretion, allow you to swap it for the correct item.

European Union / UK Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are purchasing from the European Union or the UK, normally you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. However, this right is waived for digital content once the download has started.
By purchasing and downloading digital content from SheetHubPH, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the contract (the download) has begun.

Refunds Processing
If your refund request is approved due to an unfixable technical issue, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
