Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Products Only
At SheetHubPH, we specialize in digital spreadsheets and templates. We do not sell physical products, and no physical items will be shipped to your mailing address.

Because our products are digital, shipping is always free and delivery is immediate worldwide.

How You Will Receive Your Order
Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for download in two ways:

  1. On the Checkout Page: A download button will appear immediately after your purchase is successfully processed.
  2. Via Email: You will receive an automated email containing a link to download your files. This email is sent to the address you provided during checkout.

Processing Time

  • Instant Access: In most cases, you will receive your download link immediately.
  • Delays: Occasionally, there may be a delay of a few minutes while the payment processor confirms the transaction. If you have not received your link within 20 minutes, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check the following:

  • Spam/Junk Folder: Automated emails sometimes get filtered into Spam or Junk folders.
  • Promotions Tab: If you use Gmail, check your "Promotions" tab.
  • Typos: If you accidentally entered the wrong email address at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can resend your files to the correct address.

International Orders
Since our products are digital, they are available to customers in all countries. There are no customs fees or shipping delays.
